What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Creditcard and Klarna.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
I haven't received a confirmation email, what now?
Please check your spam folder. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices on our website include VAT.
Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to ship my order?
We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is 7-15 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your package.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after shipping you will receive a tracking number by email. With this you can track your order via the website of the shipping partner.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Sometimes an order can take a little longer due to customs checks or logistical delays. If your order has not been delivered after 20 working days, please contact our customer service.
Do you also deliver to Belgium?
Yes, we ship to the Netherlands and Belgium without additional shipping costs.
Returns & Cancellations

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service for return instructions.
How long does it take to get my money back?
Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
My product arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
Please email us photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt and we will provide a suitable solution.
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if it has not been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into the possibilities.

Are your products suitable for professional use?
Our products are designed for outdoor, survival and emergency situations. For professional use, we recommend to take a good look at the product specifications.
Do you have a warranty on the products?
Yes, we offer a standard 12 month warranty on manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you believe your product is defective.
Can I order additional accessories or parts?
For some products we offer accessories or replacement parts. Please contact us for availability.
Are the products waterproof?
Most of our survival products are water resistant, but not completely waterproof. Always check the product description for specific details.
